I cannot even begin to say how much of a thriving mom Annie is.
She is my co-worker, a dayshift RN, and is the most pleasant girl to work with. She always has a bright smile, hence the favorite to be given hand-off report to during shift change.

She is a supermom to such an adorable 21-month old boy named Andre, knowing where to find the best deals on toys, and where to go for fun, kid-friendly events. She was the one who introduced me to a group on Facebook for Asian moms in our area that holds play dates to promote socialization and enhance learning through interaction with other kiddos (very important, especially for those without siblings).

So when she opened her home to host one of the events, I brought my daughter. And now here we are. I had to share her beautiful home with you guys.

One can easily assume Annie is a #plantlady. 🙂

Their light fixtures served as eye candies to me as well.
(For any electrical services, Daddy Alan and Mommy Annie swear by Dr. Martin’s Electric. Check them out!)

It’s safe to say Daddy Alan and Mommy Annie work hard to provide a loving and beautiful home for Andre to thrive in. I’d like to applaud their energy, efforts, and sacrifices to make sure baby Andre gets to have fun and learn through interacting with other kiddos as well. I know I get tired and discouraged to bring my kids out so they can play with other kids. Both parents are RNs, so we can all testify to the exhaustion and fatigue from work, and yet wanting to have equal energy to care for our own family.

To end, let me share Mommy Annie’s favorite alone time activities in order to rejuvenate herself and bounce back to her multiple roles with full tank:
– Taking care of her plants. (I wasn’t wrong about the #plantlady!)
– Cleaning.
I wish I can say cleaning rejuvenates me and makes me bounce back with full tank. Sadly, it does the exact opposite to me. :)) I always expect something relaxing and self-care associated answers for this question, but I always get humbled by the answers I get.
Mommy Annie, thank you for what you do. You inspire me to be a better mom.
